INGREDIENTS500 gms Skinless Chicken with bone
2 tbsp Lemon juice
6 tbsp Thick yogurt
1 tbsp Ginger garlic paste
1 tbsp Red chilli powder
1/2 tsp Turmeric
1/2 tsp Pepper powder
1/2 tsp Garam masala
1 tsp Cumin powder
1 tsp Coriander powder
Red color
Salt
PROCEDURE1. Wash and clean chicken. Make incisions with a knife or prick with a fork.
2. Mix all the mentioned ingredients to marinate the chicken for 2-3 hours.
3. Grill the marinated chicken in a pre-heated oven at 200 degree Celsius for about 10 to 15 minutes. Brush it with oil or butter if necessary.
Serve hot with onion rings and lemon.
